DISHWASHER REPAIR, LEAK’S IN FRONT DURING OPERATION, HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM?

everytime you make use of a dishwasher (ge trition ) it leak’s upon a bottom front if a door. can i rather easly repair this porblem myself.

Take the door off, and keep a pan just under where the door was.

buy a new dishwasher.

Is the door gasket replaceable ?

put sillicon sealer on let it dry remember to keep the door open until its dry suggest 6 hours

It either needs a new seal or the door needs adjusting. If you have any mechanical ability, you should be able to replace the seal or adjust the door.

The likely cause of your problem is that water deposits/soap/food has built up on the gasket seal for the door, check near the bottom of the inside of the door.
Inspect the seal to make sure that it’s not torn.
you can clean the gasket with viniger, CLR or any other water deposit removing products.
if gasket is torn, contact your local appliance service company

The door needs to be adjusted. You need to make close tighter you can adjust it where it latches at the top.
