NUMBER ONE; make sure the arm is not plugged with food particles that is keeping the water from jetting out. That is a common cause for the arm not to turn.

If it is not plugged, sometimes grit from using cheap dishwashing soap, will get in between the nut and sprayer. You would then have to loosen the nut ( below the sprayer arm ). Use a pair of adjustable pliars to loosen the nut and remove it and rinse it out in the sink and replace.

there is probably some food stuck in there, if not your big plastic nut that holds the arm on is broken check the threads on it make sure it is connected right.

Water pressure coming in is what makes it spin, there must be something that’s interrupting the pressure. Clean it out.
